Our Pa Tutu Outfits have 2 pieces: pompom filled tutu and 100% cotton short sleeved creeper (ages NB to 24M) or short sleeved top (2T - 10 and larger, if needed, just ask! Long sleeves are usually available as well; if not noted on the product listing, just email us to ask.
