guarantee. We are all work at home moms who strive to make your product perfect
for you. In the very rare chance that one of our products does not meet you or
your child’s standards we will return or exchange it within 30 days from the day
you purchased it. We guarantee every item we sell against material or
workmanship defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. This covers stitching
and seams, elastics, or if any of the product’s components come undone or
unattached. Please email info@cutiepatutus.com if you need to return or
exchange a product.
For your items to be eligible for return, they
must meet the following criteria with NO EXCEPTIONS:
- Product/s you are planning on returning/exchanging MUST have been purchased directly from www.cutiepatutus.com <http://www.cutiepatutus.com>. Any Products purchased on clearance or from a third party are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Because of their personalized nature and the fact that each cape is custom made, personalized super hero capes are only eligible for exchange, and ONLY if the cape is defective.
- Proof of purchase or an invoice/packing slip copy must be included in your return package.
- Product should be in its original packaging.
- RE Form, obtainable from customer service, must be included in your return package.
- Item/s that are not defective must be returned to us unused and unwashed. We absolutely cannot refund/exchange items that have been used and/or washed.
- If you are returning a defective product, the item/s must be clean, and dry before it is sent back to us. For safety reasons, we will not handle items that are soiled, smelly or wet.
- Any product purchased with a free item must be returned with the free item.
GENERAL RETURNS:
If you would like to return for refund non-defective products, we will gladly give a refund less a 10% restocking fee or exchange any product provided it is returned to us in an unused (other than being tried on), unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. Items must be accompanied by the original packing slip or any proof of purchase as well as the RE form, obtainable by emailing info@cutiepatutus.com . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to make the purchase. If we elect to take a return after 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will apply. No returns after 90 days.
EXCHANGES:
The restocking fee will not be charged on the first exchange. Subsequent exchanges will be charged a 10% restocking fee. If you would like to exchange non-defective products, we will exchange any product provided it is returned to us in an unused (other than being tried on), unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. Items must be accompanied by the original packing slip or any proof of purchase from Customer Service as well as the RE form.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS:
In the rare chance that you received a defective product, we will assess the defect and try to fix it. If we are unable to do so then we will gladly exchange or replace the faulty or defective products with an exact same product, color and size. Unless your original item is no longer available, we will then replace the item with a comparable item of your choice. If you believe you received a product with a manufacturing defect, please be prepared to send in the product so that we can correct the problem immediately. Because we have no control over how our products are used, we do not cover offensive odors, fading, color bleeding, normal wear and tear or stains. As soon as we receive your returned package, your exchanged or replacement items will be sent out as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if it is not in any condition to be resold, has been washed, contains smell or that have been soiled/stained. Items sent back to us that fall beyond our return/exchange policy will not be sent back unless you make arrangements for us to ship it back to you at your own expense. You will be notified by mail or email of the status of your return.
