The Zoe (and friends!)

For the rock star in every little girl, here's the Zoe Pa Tutu. Double-layered Pa Tutu in hot pink and black tulle is still filled with pompoms (in bright sparkly pink and black), but just has a second layer to give it extra poof! Topped with a double layer bow of hot pink and black skulls & crossbones.
